1. How do your shoes fit?

2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. We also accept Amazon Payments, Klarna, Ideal...
3. How secure is this store?
This store is very secure and uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
4. Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

5. Sizes not available:
If there is a size you need and it's not showing up as an option, we are sold out of that size in that style/color. At least for the moment. Sign up for oour newsletter to stay up to date on news, new stock and re-stock.

8. Returns - I would like to return my unworn, original packed product within 14 days after the reception. Where should i send it and do i have to pay the shipping?
Yes, you can return your item unworn and originally packed within 14 days to:

Shipping of returns are on customer as we deliver for free within Germany and at low costs to other countries.
9. Exchange of sizes - Can i send back my product and change the size?
Yes, please follow the "Returns" procedure and place a new order for the size smaller or larger as you prefer and as it is available. If you place a new order for a new size please note on your invoice copy the new order number and we refund you 5 € for the return shipping of the prior first order.
10. Do you have an extended return timeline for x-mas orders?
Yes we make following exception: Christmas holidays. For orders placed from December 1 (December) of each year, an extended return period applies until December 31 (December) of the same year (the verifiable date of dispatch by December 31 applies). Happy gifting!
