Wir versenden klimaneutral und zahlen für jede Sendung einen Ausgleich.
Die Ware wird in der Regel innerhalb von 3 Werktagen nach Eingang der Bestellung und Zahlung versandt.
Die Versandkosten umfassen Bearbeitungs- und Verpackungskosten sowie Portokosten. Die Bearbeitungsgebühren sind fest, während die Transportkosten je nach Gesamtgewicht und Bestimmungsort der Sendung variieren. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, Ihre Artikel in einer Bestellung zusammenzufassen. Zwei separate Bestellungen können wir nicht zusammenfassen, und für jede Bestellung fallen Versandkosten an.
Bei internationalen Bestellungen variieren die Lieferzeiten je nach Bestimmungsort. Wir weisen internationale Kunden darauf hin, dass wir keine Verantwortung für Transportverzögerungen übernehmen können, die durch Zoll- und Einfuhrverfahren verursacht werden.

We ship climate neutral and pay a compensation for each shipment.
Goods are usually shipped out within 3 working days after order- and payment reception.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and destination of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
For International orders, delivery times will vary accordingly by destination. We ask international customers to note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit caused by customs and import procedures.
When your products are delivered, your local Customs may charge you a Customs’ or import fee. Please contact your local Customs office for more information about their charges.
