Die saugfähige Nokori-Fuku-Handtuchkollektion wird unter Verwendung natürlicher Farbstoffe, die bei der Matcha-Tee Produktion übrig geblieben sind hergestellt.

Frei von Bleichmitteln und Weichmachern für langlebige, lichtbeständige Farbstoffe auf Pflanzenbasis.

Diese Handtücher sind einzigartig in sanften Farbtönen gefärbt, die einen Teil der Natur in Ihre Heimtextilien bringen.

Seit 1856 war das Thies-Team schon immer von der japanischen Kultur und dem traditionellen Handwerk fasziniert. Als sie also auf das Shizuku-Projekt stießen, das perfekt zur eigenen Öko-Produktphilosophie passte, war es eine Selbstverständlichkeit, zusammenzuarbeiten und dieses Projekt nach Europa zu bringen.

Gegründet im Jahr 1926 im größten Handtuchproduktionsgebiet von Osaka, der Region Izumi. Im Laufe von fast einem Jahrhundert hat Fukuroya seine Techniken und Planungsfähigkeiten kontinuierlich übernommen und verbessert, indem es natürliche Zutaten zum Färben verwendet, um weiche, äußerst saugfähige Handtücher herzustellen.

German engineering meets Japanese craftsmanship! Two traditional brands, thies 1856® and Fukuroya Towel 1926®, join forces to bring you naturally dyed, eco-friendly towels and household goods made in Japan. Wabi-Sabi Zen at its finest.

The Nokori Fuku absorbent towel collection is made using natural dyes from leftover leaves of the matcha tea production. Free of bleach and softeners for long-lasting, fade-resistant plant-based dyes. 

These towels are uniquely dyed in soft hues that bring a touch of nature into your home furnishings. Since 1856 the thies team has always been fascinated by Japanese culture and traditional crafts. So when they came across the Shizuku project, which fit perfectly with their own eco-product philosophy, it was a no-brainer to work together and bring this project to Europe. 

Established in 1926 in Osaka's largest towel production area, the Izumi region. Over the course of nearly a century, Fukuroya has continually adopted and improved its techniques and planning skills, using natural dyeing ingredients to create soft, highly absorbent towels. 

The Nokori Fuku towel collection began with a single thought …“How could we use the beautiful pure colors from food production and use them to color our towels…”
