Handle with Care

Please note the following instructions are essential to preserve product quality:

  1. Kontraflexion

    • Bending the shoes in the opposite direction of their natural flex (Kontraflexion) may cause material breakage, particularly at the edges.

    • Such damage results from improper use and does not represent a manufacturing defect. Claims based on this are not accepted.

  2. Exposure to Heat

    • Do not expose the product to temperatures exceeding 80°C (e.g., closed vehicles, heated stones, or prolonged direct sunlight).

    • Excessive heat can damage materials and reduce product lifespan.

  3. Material Properties

    • Foam materials may shrink, expand, or fade in color during use.

    • These effects are normal and not considered quality issues.
