Please note the following instructions are essential to preserve product quality:

Kontraflexion

Bending the shoes in the opposite direction of their natural flex (Kontraflexion) may cause material breakage, particularly at the edges.

Such damage results from improper use and does not represent a manufacturing defect. Claims based on this are not accepted.

Exposure to Heat

Do not expose the product to temperatures exceeding 80°C (e.g., closed vehicles, heated stones, or prolonged direct sunlight).

Excessive heat can damage materials and reduce product lifespan.

Material Properties

Foam materials may shrink, expand, or fade in color during use.

These effects are normal and not considered quality issues.
